SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Yes! You don't pay anything for shipping within Poland! :)

Yes! The countries to which we ship orders are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy.

If your country is not on this list, please contact us . If nothing stands in the way, we will arrange shipping! :)

We ship the parcel within 1-7 business days. We manage to fulfill some orders on the same day. We sew some clothes "hot", especially for you, so sometimes the process takes up to 7 days.

If 3 business days have passed since sending the parcel and you still have not received it, please contact us , e.g. by e-mail: hello(at)lafenice.store and we will clarify the matter!

You can pay by card or cash on delivery (at the courier) or online via Przelewy24 or PayPal. You can also make a traditional bank transfer.

RETURN

Bright! After receiving the goods, you can return or exchange them within 14 days, as long as they have not been used. Just fill out a short form at lafenice.pl/zwrot

Just fill out the short return form at lafenice.pl/zwrot/ - after receiving the product, we will refund it to the provided account number.

No later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us that you were returning the goods. We withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.

We make the refund to the account number you provided.

OTHER QUESTIONS

Unfortunately, we do not have this option at the moment. However, we can make minor modifications to a jacket or coat that does not fully suit your figure - e.g. shortening or extending the sleeves, etc.

Information on selecting the size can be found under the description of the selected product.

If the size of the purchased clothing does not fully fit (e.g. the jacket is too short/long or the sleeves are too long/short), it can be modified. A product fitted in this way is not returnable because it differs from our standard sizes. The waiting time for your order may extend to over 7 business days.

If the order has already been shipped (which we inform you by e-mail), a return/exchange procedure will be necessary.

Bright! The colors in the product description are only our suggestions. Each of the presented jackets can be sewn in any of the available shades presented in the color palette . Just let us know before placing your order :)
