We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Poland.

Yes, the countries we ship to are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Please note that shipping to overseas territories, islands, and remote areas (including the Canary Islands, Madeira, the Azores, the Balearic Islands, French overseas departments, and the Åland Islands) is not covered by our standard pricing. Such shipments require individual confirmation and a custom shipping quote before the order can be fulfilled.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 7 business days. While many items are shipped the same day, some of our pieces are tailored specifically for you upon order. This bespoke approach ensures the highest quality, though it may extend the preparation time to 7 days.

If 3 business days have passed since your order was dispatched and you have not yet received it, please contact us at hello(at)lafenice.store. We will investigate the matter immediately to resolve it for you.

For orders within Poland, you may pay by credit card or cash on delivery (payable to the courier), or online via Przelewy24, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Traditional bank transfers are also accepted. Please note that the cash on delivery option is not available for international orders.

Sure! You may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain in their original, unused condition. For detailed instructions, please visit our Returns section.

Your refund will be issued within 14 days from the date you notify us of your return. Please note that we withhold the reimbursement until we have received and inspected the returned items.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. In the case of cash on delivery or traditional bank transfers, the funds will be sent to the bank account number provided in your return request.

Unfortunately, we do not offer full custom tailoring at this time. However, we can accommodate minor modifications to jackets or coats to ensure a better fit for your silhouette such as shortening or lengthening sleeves.

If the size of your purchased garment isn't a perfect fit (e.g., the jacket is too short/long or the sleeves need adjusting), we offer the possibility of modification. Please note that customized products are non-returnable, as they deviate from our standard sizing. Additionally, the processing time for such orders may be extended to over 7 working days.

Sure! The colors shown in the product descriptions are just our suggestions. Each of our jackets can be crafted in any of the shades presented in our color palette. Just let us know before placing your order :)
