How to make a return?
Log in to the customer panel using the email address provided with your order.

Click the Request a return button.
↓
Check your email for confirmation and a short guide on how to complete your free return via DPD courier.
↓
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your package.
Free Exchange
Would you like to exchange the size, color, or model? At LA FENICE, an exchange within a single order is completely free of charge. To reserve a new item for exchange, please contact us.
Please remember:
- You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must not show signs of use beyond ordinary trying on (no stains, odors, or damage).
- Goods made to individual order (custom-made or to your specific specifications) are not subject to return.
